Replacement Policy

 It’s a rare case for Dekora where customers didn’t get their products unharmed.. Sometimes we fail to meet your expectations. Other times, circumstances are not in our favor. Dekora.com.bd offers you the option to return products (if the product was damaged or incorrectly designed). Dekora will then give you new products as a replacement.

You can return your order if it meets certain criteria.

  • The delivery date is within a period of 01 day.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. It should also be unopened and unused.
  • The item that came with the promotional item must be returned.
  • Dekora team will inspect and check the product before refunding or replacing it.
  • The Supplier may not have the product in stock. You will get a refund if the product is not in stock.
  • The Cash on Delivery convenience fee and shipping charges are not refundable.

Cause for Returns & Replacement

  • Product damaged, defective or not as described.
  • Size mismatch for clothing.
  • Color mismatch of clothes.
  • The wrong product was sent.

How to return:

Email info@dekorabd.com within 01 day after receiving your order. Once we receive your return, we will check the quality of the product at our end and if the reason for the return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with the refund.
